Mindfulness is a way of thinking that allows you to become aware of your  of your thoughts, feelings, and emotions. Mindfulness practice is learning awareness and being in touch with your surroundings. Benefits of learning mindfulness is powerful and will enhance your life three times.

Practice Mindfulness and Awareness

The art of Mindfulness is not just a word it is a pure practice that takes time and patience to discover and master, but if you are willing to put in the effort the benefits are amazing. Mindfulness helps you by thinking and allows you to be aware of your surroundings.

Tips to manifest Awareness

There are tips that can help you in manifesting mindfulness that include the following. 

Mindfulness and releasing stress in the body can be very damaging in the system. Using mindfulness and awareness can help you learn what triggers you are reacting to.

Will Mindfulness cure me of my thinking negatively? No ,but it will help you with decreasing reactions to emotions that are negative.

Practicing Mindfulness may not cure you , but will give you the tools and tips to change your thinking and make you a lot less restless and focused.

According to Dr. Anne Fabiny, Chief in Women’s Health Watch, “Taking a few minutes a day to relieve stress, pain, and depression by practicing mindfulness can help your overall body.

Although the practice of meditation is over a thousand years old research in the (JAMA) Journal of internal Medicine states that it is new. The practice of mindfulness is used in all types of medical facilities, mental health , and hospitals.

The Stress Response

The Stress Response is a natural way for the body to react to a stimuli or a perceived threat. You know the sensation well, your heart pounds,  you start to sweat , and a feeling of dread takes over you. If you are in a severe car accident the stress response is helpful in keeping the body safe during this crisis until the body is able to get back to homeostasis.

The stress response is made up of two components the sympathetic nervous system and the  parasympathetic nervous system.

The Parasympathetic nervous system is in charge of doing opposite by calming the body down, and works a lot more by keep working. When your body goes through a traumatic event, and it trying to remain in a normal state this work to improve and set out signals there is still  “danger”.

Regular practice of mindfulness techniques such as breathing, sitting still, or meditating can help increase your overall response to stress and emotional responses that are negative.


Questions to ask Yourself 

  1. What are my intentions before you  meditate? What do you want to let go of or let go that is holding you down?
  2. What can I say a mantra, repeat, if I loose my focus? Having a word or phrase can help bring you back to remember your place no judgement just keep on moving forward and start again. 
  3. This is a statement rather than a question I am moving forward and being patient with myself Repeating this is important and allows you to know that you are getting closer .

What is the Difference between Mindfulness and Meditation?

Mindfulness and Meditation have the same basis and concept which means they can be used interchangeably together.

When you are learning a new practice or skill such as meditation or mindfulness being patient is one of the most important things you can give yourself. It takes time to practice and learn how to be mindful , but the results are worth it.

Having a better understanding of the brain and it’s key components  are finally being symptoms such as sleep deprivation, anxiety, depression, and other types of symptoms. 

There is so much hope in the field of mindfulness and becoming aware of your aware of your emotions and having a way to regulate them. A decade ago this type of information wasn’t  even thought of and this is why their is a lot of hope for the future of mental health.

Mindfulness along with complementary medicine can make a great impact on how your body begins to heal itself by eating well, yoga, meditation. Today looking at the whole picture involves body and mind together.

Keeping ourselves healthy is the main thing  we can do for ourselves and our children is to teach being healthy starts with ourselves. Believing in ourselves is the key to helping our children and being an active role model is how are children develop into adults.
