Everyone is afraid of something one time or another in their life, but do you let fears take over your life that you feel frozen and stuck? If this is your case then working to acknowledge your fear is the way to beginning of disposing them. Fear is a very powerful emotion and can cause you to experience physical and psychological feelings that can impact your life.
What is Fear
Fear is anything that cause the body to respomd to a stimulus that is neative. It can be intented fear or a only a threat the brain doesn't know the difference.
Fear can be attached to a thought such as " I don't think I can do this because you are thinking negatively but fear is an emothion that was created by a memory and keeps coming up when you think or see the fear.
Actually it is a thought that creates an emotionless response to something you believe to be true. Learning what is making you feel scared and facing it head on can make the difference.
Biochemical Response to Fear
The biochemical response to fear is usually called the " fight or flight response" In this response the body is activating chemicals such as cortisol and adrenaline to fight off a perceived threat. The response can make you feel as if you are about to run out of a room . The physical symptoms are heart racing, sweaty palms, and restlessness alone can be overwhelming to someone.
Overcoming fear is a process and can take time to on fear, but their are many new ways that it is being treated today that work. If you have fear or anxiety being able to acknowledge what is important to start a treatment early.

The Biochemical response to fear is described as the bodies response is more involved in this process and it called the nervous system. The response is chemically communicating with your brain and sending messages to the nervous system to release a chemical called cortisone. The excitement is connected with the part of the brain called the amadyla.
